How We Can Help
March 30, 2020 – On behalf of Ron Friedman, Chief Operating Officer
Like you, we have seen many emails and communications from organizations describing actions they’re taking to ensure employee safety and business continuity as we move through the COVID-19 crisis.
As you saw in our initial communication, the Flatirons team has been operating remotely and is experienced at implementing and supporting our customers and partners in this way.
We hope your staff hasn’t come into contact with the virus. Our thoughts are with anyone that may be impacted and we hope for full recovery.
In this time where the feeling of helplessness knocks at all of our doors, we want to help by alleviating pressures where we can.
As we communicated last week, our team is on call to step in and help supplement your IT or project teams that may be impacted by COVID-19 challenges/lockdowns. We can augment your IT team by troubleshooting technical infrastructure issues related to remote working. Or we can provide professional services to fill gaps in your document capture, archiving/decommissioning, or custom workflow projects at a reduced cost.
In addition, we’re offering a no charge, 90-day emergency usage of our data archiving and application decommissioning software to assist you in data archiving projects to help get through COVID-19.
Please call on us if we can help you get through these unprecedented times. We’re all in this together and we’d like to help do our part.
