We provide a Solution Support offering for digital content transformation projects that delivers either transitional or long-term support for your business applications.
Offered on a month-to-month contract our Support Services begin with the development of a custom Support Plan and knowledge transfer to designated support staff. The plan typically includes ongoing upgrades, fixes, and enhancements as well as assistance with vendor product upgrades. It may include continued performance tuning as well as ongoing assistance with change management and business readiness activities as new groups of users are brought on to the system.
